These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Canaryferhomes – Tenerife Holiday Rentals (Canaryferhomes S.L.).
By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to all terms below.
1. Booking and Payments
- The booking is confirmed once the corresponding deposit/payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
- The remaining balance must be paid as indicated in the booking confirmation.
- A cash security deposit will be required at check-in.
- The deposit will be returned in cash at check-out, after verifying that the property is in good condition.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Times will be specified in the booking confirmation.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
3. House Rules
To maintain a respectful environment:
- Guests must behave respectfully inside the apartment and toward neighbors.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM, especially on terraces.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the booking.
- Visits must be requested and approved in advance.
- Additional guests may incur extra charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund.
4. Damages and Liability
The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused during the stay.
Costs may be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
Canaryferhomes S.L. is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal items,
- Accidents or injuries inside the apartment or shared areas.
Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance.
5. Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with:
- EU GDPR 2016/679
- Spanish Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)
Guest identification may be provided to local authorities when legally required.
6. Cancellation Policy
The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly stated during the reservation process and confirmed in writing.
7. Apartment Allocation
Bookings are made by category, not for a particular unit.
Each category contains several apartments with similar features and layout.
The system will automatically assign an available unit matching your dates.
A specific apartment cannot be guaranteed, although type, capacity, and amenities will remain consistent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
